After calling in to T-mobile support to complain about the battery life on my Shadow. T-mobile has offered to replace my Shadow and battery free of charge.

So how's the new battery and phone treating you?? I'm on the edge of getting a shadow. If not for all the bad battery talk, I'd already have it.
Brad, The battery life still isnt getting me through an entire day. In my line of work, I'm always near a pc so I keep my shadow plugged in most of the time.
As a phone the shadow has great standby time; its the constant web surfing that drains battery life.
